Saturday night's Coke Zero 400 at Daytona proved to be the first time in the 2011 season that Marcos Ambrose's pit crew made a costly error on pit road. The DeWalt crew was penalized for removing equipment from their pit box in the early stages of the event. Thankfully, the mistake happened at Daytona where losing track position wasn't costly and Ambrose was able to come home a respectable 17th place at the finish.
