Race 30 - Hollywood Casino 400 Penalties

Sunday's Hollywood Casino 400 at Kansas Speedway did not start off well for A.J. Allmendinger. The driver of the Best Buy Ford was forced to start at the rear of the field after missing driver introductions costing Allmendinger his 22nd starting position. Things got worse for Allmendinger at the midpoint of the race when he was caught speeding in the pits earning him a drive through penalty. Allmendinger ended the day in 25th, two laps off the lead cars.
